chromosome (kro-ma-some). The chromosome is made up of phosphate and deoxribose. The little bars that hold the chromosomes together is called the bases. The bases is made up of four different ingredients: thymine, adenine, cytosine and guanine.
Cytosine and guanine have to be together and adenine and thymine have to be together. That creates the genetic code.

DNA duplacation is how your body increases DNA with the ferther trates of your life. First 1 DNA strip comes along then the DNA strand splits. Two strands of mRNA come allong. One attaches to the first half of DNA the other does the same. then you have two DNA molecules.
